14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in our products — and we want you to order with confidence. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions for a Return
- The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- For quality and safety reasons, opened vials cannot be returned or refunded — research compounds are sensitive materials and cannot be restocked once the seal is broken.
- Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the products you wish to return.
- Our support team will confirm your return and provide the return address and instructions.
- Ship the products back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — the return shipment is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will confirm your refund by email.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the products and packaging. We will replace the affected items or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.

- Opened or unsealed products
- Products damaged through improper storage or handling after delivery
